Site is not secure.......yet again

    Been fixed again, and found out why this is happening this time around.

    We get our SSL cert through Google, and they have a new format for issuing these. We use the old format and aren't yet able to switch over to the new, but Google is now "throttling" our cert renewal requests. We have a lot of sites, and the certs are expiring faster then the renewals are being approved. I do not know currently when we will move to that new SSL renewal format.

    Also worth mentioning that we received no warning about needing to do this move. Either we were overlooked, or it was a rapid change
